Wistron Invests in IBASE’s Subsidiary ISAFE Technology
To jointly open vast opportunities in the IIoT market
 
Taipei, Taiwan, December 9, 2016 - Wistron Corporation (TPEx: 3231), IBASE Technology (TPEx: 8050), a leading IPC and embedded systems company, and its subsidiary ISAFE Technology have jointly signed an investment contract. Wistron will invest in ISAFE and become a substantial shareholder of ISAFE. This strategic investment partnership focuses on deepening the diversification of the vertical and niche markets, both under the existing IPC scale and the development of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).
